Deliveries, Returns and Damaged Products
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know.
General Return Policy: All-In-One must be notified within five (5) days of receiving the order for goods that have been compromised while in transit. In such situations, AIO will cover any costs to return any products noted as damaged on the bill of lading. Do not accept any damaged products.
All other returns must be completed within thirty (30) days of delivery and will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return and no first time outbound freight will be refunded.
All Food, Water and Preparedness Items
Delivery: All-In-One must be notified within five (5) days of receiving the order if any goods have been compromised while in transit. Do not accept any damaged products.
Return Policy: All-In-One Preparedness will gladly receive any damaged or defective items within a 30-day window from the day the order was shipped. No generators are subject to return once they have been gassed or oiled.
For any items the customer chooses to return, a 25% restocking fee will be charged to the customer along with the customer being responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the goods to the respective warehouse(s).
Generators
Delivery: All-In-One must be notified within five (5) days of receiving the order the generator in transit has been compromised while in transit. Do not accept any damaged products.
For all generators ordered, customer must specify and arrange for drop off at a commercial/residential addresses that will accommodate a 53′ truck. Any expense associated with the associated drop off is the responsibility of the customer. Do not accept any damaged goods.
For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, All-In-One will only cover the cost of shipping to the coast. The customer is responsible to arrange a freight forwarder from that point.
